With more than 25 years of experience helping residents and officials build better communities, I am passionate about creating terrific places for people of all incomes to live and work. Clear and predictable rules can help cities and towns get better development while creating new housing, dismantling racial segregation, and adapting to climate challenges. I am a cisgendered, LGBTQ+ man who has lived and worked extensively in Mexico and communities of color, who is bilingual in Spanish, and has a multiracial and multicultural family.
